I write for Tesco magazine, and I want to highlight the fact that Tesco is collecting food in store over this weekend to help those in need.
Did you know that here in the UK there are currently 13 million people living below the poverty line?
This means there may be families in your local neighbourhood who will struggle to put food on the table this Christmas.

foodbank charity The Trussell Trust are a lifeline.
With your help, Tesco wants to make a real difference to those suffering from food poverty this Christmas in the UK. That’s why it’s again working with both charities to collect food for those in need across the UK.
